  • If you are adding an additional unit to your account, the annual fee will be pro-rated to align with your group's renewal date before we ship it.
  • Your first aircraft monitor, two crew trackers and related service fees are eligible for a risk free refund within 60-days.
  • Your billing period will begin 5-business days after the hardware is shipped.
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Shipping charges are only refundable if we make a mistake.
  • All aircraft monitors include a 1 year warranty.
  • All other equipment includes a 90 day warranty.
  • $39 USD / $54 CAD satellite activation fee is waived on new orders.
  • ADS-B tracking requires that the aircraft is equipped with ADS-B out operating within Planefinder's coverage area.
